Registration

You are required to register before placing an order through this website. HEIKESZ has the absolute discretion to refuse registration of a potential customer and to terminate the registration of any customer for any reason whatsoever. Damage

All goods are inspected before delivery and carefully packed for protection, however damage can sometimes occur in transit. It is the Customers’ responsibility to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Any claims must be lodged with us by phone or email at the time of delivery and no later than 3 days from the date of delivery, otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim.

Returns Policy

We accept returns on damaged or defective goods reported to us within 7 days of delivery, up to the value of $HK 3,000 / $US 400. We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect, including but not limited to: change of mind, colour, size and fit. To be eligible for return, the goods and packaging must be in the condition as received. Product images on this website are for reference only and returns will not be accepted based solely on claims of variance of the actual goods from from published images. Product details provided, such as dimensions, are approximate and may include a degree of error. Returns will not be accepted based on small variances in product specifications. We reserve the right to reject a returns claim if we assess the claim to be unwarranted or the goods to be unfit for return. Any refunds will be issued to the customer within 5 business days of our receipt of returned goods, conditional on our assessment that they were fit for return. Any import fees are the sole risk and responsibility of the customer and we are not liable for reimbursement of fees paid on returned or refunded items. Vouchers

Any vouchers issued (both printed and electronic) are subject to the terms and conditions stated on the voucher, including but not limited to redemption criteria, value and validity period. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.

Title

HEIKESZ shall retain title in the products until full payment has been received and all risks in the products shall pass to the Customer upon delivery.

Force Majeure

HEIKESZ shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond our control.

Payment Terms

All final billing is based on our $US prices and any prices shown in other currencies are for reference only. Final billing will be charged in $US and converted to your local currency according to your bank’s currency conversion rates. We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal only. The upper limit of purchase on this website is $US 1,000 per transaction. For any purchase over the value of $US 1,000 please call our customer service hotline: +17520298842. Your offer to purchase made on HEIKESZ shall be subject to our sole discretion and may not be accepted subject to the availability of stock. A final and conclusive invoice will be emailed to you upon order confirmation. HEIKESZ may from time to time set credit limits for individual customers and we reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to decline sales to any customer. HEIKESZ reserves the right to change the payment terms for any order without prior notice.

Cancellation

All order items are ordered from our suppliers specifically for a given customer's order. Once an order has been paid it cannot be cancelled for any reason.

General Delivery Terms

Delivery services are available to both Hong Kong and Internationally. The eligibility of individual items for delivery to a given address varies depending on the item and the receiver’s delivery location, and is stated in the product detail page of each product. Generally speaking, all items are available for delivery in Hong Kong, while most items (excluding furniture and bulky items), are available for International delivery. Items available for International delivery are marked “Ships Worldwide” in the product detail page. The delivery costs and lead times vary depending on the individual item and delivery location – please refer to the Delivery Information section for more details costs and lead times by location. We make every effort to ensure that your order is received within the delivery time indicated, however delays can occur and HEIKESZ shall not be liable for any failure in its performance caused by shipping delays. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify HEIKESZ immediately of any change to their delivery address. We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely. If we are unable to deliver your order to the provided address provided, we reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees to re-schedule the delivery. The customer or their designated receiver is required to sign upon delivery of their order. If the customer requests that their delivery be received by a third party or left unattended, we will not be responsible for any resulting loss or damage that may occur. The delivery of goods does not include assembly or the removal of packaging, and should this be required, it will be quoted separately at additional cost.
