1. Scope & Acceptance
By placing an order, making a payment, or using services on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your order. We may update the Terms from time to time; updates take effect upon posting on the Site.
2. Purchase Eligibility & Account
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Certain products may be subject to age or regional restrictions. If an account is required, you must provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information and are responsible for all activities under your account.
3. Product Information, Availability & Pricing
We use reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices accurately, but we do not guarantee they are error-free. In the event of an obvious error (including but not limited to pricing or stock errors), we may cancel the order and issue a refund. Images are for reference only; color and appearance may vary due to display devices or production batches.
4. Price, Taxes & FX
Order totals are based on the price shown at checkout in [Settlement Currency]. You may be responsible for applicable taxes, duties, surcharges, and (if applicable) international transaction fees and exchange rate differences. Final charges are determined by your payment provider, carrier, and/or customs.
5. Ordering, Confirmation & Contract Formation
After you submit an order and complete payment, we will send a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. A binding contract is formed when we expressly mark the order as “Shipped/Accepted” via email or order status. If we cannot fulfill the order due to stock, risk control, or other reasons, we may cancel all or part of the order and process a refund promptly.
6. Payment & Risk Controls
Accepted payment methods include [List of Payment Methods]. To prevent fraud, we may conduct manual or automated risk reviews and may request additional information or cancel an order where necessary. In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to pursue recovery and restrict services.
7. Fulfilment, Shipping & Transfer of Risk

Cross-border orders may require customs clearance and incur duties, import taxes, and handling fees. The recipient is responsible for these charges and for providing necessary documentation to customs. Delays caused by customs do not constitute our breach.
9. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
Cancellation. Orders may be cancelled while [pre-shipment / “Awaiting Shipment” status]; shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
Returns/Exchanges. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the standard return window is 14 days from the day after delivery. Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned with original packaging and accessories. Costs. For non-defective returns, round-trip shipping and related taxes/fees are borne by you; for defective/quality issues, costs are borne by us [or: as required by applicable law].
Refund Timeline. After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days (excluding the original shipping fee [optional]).

10. Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards
Offers may not be combined and have no cash value. If an order using a promotion is returned, the refund will be net of promotional value. Gift cards are governed by separate terms; lost or stolen cards will not be reissued or redeemed for cash.
11. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of profit, goodwill, or data. The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. You may have non-excludable statutory rights; nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Intellectual Property
Texts, visuals, trademarks, and other content on the Site are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use them for commercial purposes without authorization.
13. Compliance, Restricted Sales & Prohibited Conduct
You agree to comply with applicable export controls, sanctions, and e-commerce laws, and not to use the Site for illegal, fraudulent, or infringing purposes. We may refuse service, cancel orders, and close accounts in cases of suspected abuse of offers, reselling at scale, or abnormal returns/chargebacks.
14. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, strikes, war, government actions, supply chain disruptions, or network failures). We will use reasonable efforts to mitigate impacts and resume performance.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms together with the order confirmation/shipment notice constitute the entire agreement regarding your purchase.
