Scope & Acceptance By placing an order, making a payment, or using services on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your order. We may update the Terms from time to time; updates take effect upon posting on the Site. 2. Purchase Eligibility & Account You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Certain products may be subject to age or regional restrictions. If an account is required, you must provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information and are responsible for all activities under your account. 3. Product Information, Availability & Pricing We use reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices accurately, but we do not guarantee they are error-free. In the event of an obvious error (including but not limited to pricing or stock errors), we may cancel the order and issue a refund. A binding contract is formed when we expressly mark the order as “Shipped/Accepted” via email or order status. If we cannot fulfill the order due to stock, risk control, or other reasons, we may cancel all or part of the order and process a refund promptly. 6. After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days (excluding the original shipping fee [optional]). Quality Warranty. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of profit, goodwill, or data. We may refuse service, cancel orders, and close accounts in cases of suspected abuse of offers, reselling at scale, or abnormal returns/chargebacks. 14.
