Scope & Acceptance By placing an order, making a payment, or using services on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your order. We may update the Terms from time to time; updates take effect upon posting on the Site. 2. Purchase Eligibility & Account You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Certain products may be subject to age or regional restrictions. If an account is required, you must provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information and are responsible for all activities under your account. 3. Product Information, Availability & Pricing We use reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices accurately, but we do not guarantee they are error-free. In the event of an obvious error (including but not limited to pricing or stock errors), we may cancel the order and issue a refund. If we cannot fulfill the order due to stock, risk control, or other reasons, we may cancel all or part of the order and process a refund promptly. 6. After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days (excluding the original shipping fee [optional]). Quality Warranty. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of profit, goodwill, or data.
